"Your good bye left me with eyes that cry. How can I go on, dear without you?"

Singing-

For me singing out my problems helps so much more then talking about them. When I talk about my problems it just makes me more wound up, more angry but if I sing they just melt away. Like today for example I was, to say it shortly pissed off, so I talked to my friend about it for a while because I knew that she would understand what I was talking about anyway that didn't help. It made me so angry that I was almost swearing in front of my family which I never do, sure my friend helped but I was just getting angrier.
So I strolled on into my bedroom, got itunes up and started playing some tunes. This is a list of songs I played in this order..
Decoy- Paramore
Misery Business- Paramore
Jar of Hearts- Christina Perri
Everything You're Not- Demi Lovato
Stormy Monday- Eva Cassidy
Bottle it up- Sara Bareilles
All of me- Billie Holiday.... (just because)

After all these songs I am moderately calm again. With all those songs I was forced to focus on the lyrics, the techniques, what my body was doing, it took my mind completely off of the thing that was making me angry.

I heart singing
